ClickBid was just named one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2023. It's the first time we've won this award and we couldn't be more proud.
The award is given out to companies to display excellence in their human resource, company culture, and employee enrichment practices.
The selection process is vigorous and in-depth. It begins with a 130-question application to provide details on everything from company finances, diversity, leadership goals, and more. The application is then reviewed by local business leaders and is decided if each company qualifies for the next round.
The companies who advance are then sent employee surveys that gauge how the staff feels about pay, benefits, company culture, work-life balance, and personal advancement. The results are then analyzed by a third-party research firm, and the nominees are ranked based on a combined score.
“This award really validates the amazing people we have and how much they care about serving the nonprofit community. I couldn’t be more proud to accept this award,” stated CEO Matthew Burnell when asked his thoughts on winning this award.
