Enhancements:

  1. Auction Settings>Payment: Winning Text Message for Silent and Blind item types.
    1. Added a Yes/No field for 'Send Silent Auction Winning Text Messages'
    2. Defaulted to 'No' for existing events
    3. Defaulted to 'Yes' for events created after this release
    4. Added a field for 'Silent Auction Winning Text Messages'
    5. A default message is set up: Congratulations! You're a winning bidder! Tap here to pay: [p]
    6. Text message can be modified.

      • This feature was added above 'Guests can checkout from phone'. Keep in mind if 'Guests can checkout from phone' is set to 'No', the winning text will NOT be sent because the payment page will not be available on the bidding site.

  2. Dashboard>Readiness
    1. Updated the title from 'Important Dates' to 'Important Dates & Info'.
    2. Added: Auto Winning Text Messages to the Important Dates & Info box.

  3. Bidders>Manage Bidders:
    1. REMOVED verbiage & best practice link: "Bidders DO NOT receive notification via text/email upon winning an item - more info"
    2. Added Verbiage:  "You may set up an automated winning text message for your Silent and Blind item type winners at Software Settings > Auction Settings"
      • The link will go directly to the payment section of the Auction Settings page where the Send Winning Text is showing.

  4. Items>Manage Items:

      • Winning text message will not be sent for donation, live, or quantity items or silent items purchased using a buy now bid.

  5. Auction Settings>Butler: when the 'Send Welcome Text at Check in?' is set to no, the 'send welcome text?' toggle will be off. If that setting is set to 'Yes' the 'send welcome text?" toggle will be on.

  7. User Profile:
    1. Email is a required field.
      • Added Verbiage: 'One email address is required for your account'
    2. When deleting an email if only one email is listed there is now a warning error that shows "Minimum of at least one email address is required. Please add one before deleting one"

  8. Organization>Events: When adding an event keyword, verbiage was updated to: (Keyword is used for Event URLS and Text-To-Give. This should be short and simple.)

  9. Auction Settings> Payment: Added a popup similar to the manage items page for tax settings.
    1. Popup will display on page load if there is an amount set in the sales tax field of the payment page but no tax is set on any item on manage items.
    2. Popup: You need to change the setting to 'Yes' under Items>Manage Items>Item type> 'Is this item Taxable?', in order for the tax to be charged properly to items.

Issues Resolved: 

  1. Butler:
    1. Bidder: when adding a credit card if no Exp Month, Exp Year, Or Billing Postal code is entered the volunteer will receive a Popup message: "Incomplete Credit Card To add a credit card, all card fields must be completed." The card does not save until the information is added. The completion of the bidder update does not happen until all information is added.
    2. Bidders: When changing a bidder number in the butler after the bidder placed max bids on items the bidder number is updating properly on the items 'has bids' history. 
    3. Checkout: When checking out with a live item type that has two amounts the checkout is processing the correct total. Manage items >'has bids' shows both amounts are checked out and one is not still needing to be processed.
  2. Organization>Account: 
    1. Canada admins when invoiced and the Province was spelled out a popup will display:  "we were unable to determine your sales tax. Please verify your address, ensure that you are using the abbreviation for your province and try again"
    2. Popup that will display when creating an invoice, purchasing the license, or upgrade if the Province is not the correct abbreviation

  3. Organization>Events:
    1. When adding an event and copying data from a previous event that was connected to TravelPledge, the Charity ID/ Login Link/ & login email are copied to the new event for the Nonprofit Account in BidKit.
    2. When changing an event date closing time from the event card as a super user, the event date in TravelPledge will update as well.
  4. Frola Content Boxes throughout the admin is now saving the text font color when adding a hex number to the box.

  5. Items>Donation item when the projected display settings for 'Custom Image Thermometer' has a donation buffer set, the buffer amount is now displaying on the appeal display.
  6. Event Tickets:
      1. Manage Guests: When merging two bidders through the Butler or Manage Bidders, if they are a ticketed guest under Event Tickets> Manage Guests, the bidder number is to updated on the 'download manage guests' report. The 'Bid # Assigned' is displaying as 'Yes' and not reverting to 'No'.
      2.  Refund tickets: The 'Total Refund Requested' field is displaying the correct total.
  7. Software Settings>Auction settings>General Event Details: 'Event Start Date/Time' Users can only update the time by using the slide bars for hour and min.
  8. Admin: Top blue banner area, the 'Menu' button on a mobile device is always displayed.
  9. Mange Items: 
    1. Do not allow the word "Hemp" in the item name via add item/edit item/ or on the item spreadsheet upload. 
    2. Added "hemp" in the error messages for the list of words not allowed.
  10. Bidders>Text Bidders: "Hemp" has been added to the S.H.A.F.T list of words that will get masked (H**p) if sent in a mass text message
  11. Auction Settings>Butler Settings>Welcome Text: "Hemp" has been added to the S.H.A.F.T list of words that will get masked (H**p) if sent in a welcome text.
  12. Event>Users: By checking the 'Event Admin' permission, that user will be give all permissions for the event including logging into the butler.
  13. BidKit>Export Sales:
    1. Raiser's Edge NXT: Changes were made to mitigate rate limit errors.  
    2. Neon: Changes were made to mitigate rate limit errors. 
  14. Reports:
    1. Bid History> the column for 'Time Bid' is sorting in the correct order based on the sort arrows.
    2. Event Sales>The CSV report will display a refund for only the winning bidder of a 'blind bid' item.
