ClickBid 11.1.2306…. Release

June 20, 2023

Enhancements:

  1. Organization> Users
    1. Introduced Organization Admin and Event Admin roles for admin users. This will allow for easier transitions in staffing and system control.

    2. Added Verbiage to the top of the users page to explain the different roles and permissions per user.
      • Users can have different roles and permissions to perform tasks. If you do not have permission to something, it will not be listed below. If you need additional permissions to do something, contact an admin to provide that
      • Organization Admin: These users have full access to the entire organization and all of its events.
      • Event Admin: These users have full access to that particular event.
      • You are not able to edit your own permissions, or the permissions of a user that has a role higher than you.

    3. ‘Select A User To Continue’ drop down list of users: Added the user’s role behind the email.
      1. Organization Admin role will show first/last name, email and Org. Admin e.g.: Sample User (emailusersample@gmail.com) – Org. Admin
      2. All users with permissions will be listed in the drop down menu.

    4. Added verbiage next to Organization Admin: ‘This overrides all permissions checkboxes below- this user will have full access to the organization and all events.’

    5. In the ‘Set Event Permissions For:’ Drop down for ‘Select an Event’ if the person has Event Admin permissions the event name will show: Fall for Leaves – Event Admin

    6. Creating a new user but copying permissions from a current user: Verbiage was added to the ‘Create New User’ box
      • Note, copying a user’s permissions will only copy the permissions, not admin roles.
2. Event> Users
    1. Added Verbiage to the top of the users page to explain the different roles and permissions per user.
      • Users can have different roles and permissions to perform tasks. If you do not have permission to something, it will not be listed below. If you need additional permissions to do something, contact an admin to provide that.
      • Organization Admin: These users have full access to the entire organization and all of its events.
      • Event Admin: These users have full access to that particular event. Same as giving ‘All permissions’ but with the role attached in the drop down the users will know who to contact for more permissions.
      • You are not able to edit your own permissions, or the permissions of a user that has a role higher than you.

    2. ‘Select A User To Continue’ drop down list of users: Added the user’s role behind the email.
