Enhancements:

1. Landing Page Auction Preview now loading larger numbers of items in sections
instead of all at once.

2. Manage Donations page has been upgraded to allow the email address to be
edited (autosave when you leave the field), tags added for the remove,
resend, re-email, receipt and refund functions, and the show/hide to alter
the fields that you can see on the page.
