A silent auction deadline gets pushed, the program starts twenty minutes late and so on. Founder and CEO Matt Burnell pushed back on developing automations due to this challenge. The risk of sending messages created before changes occurred was higher than any hassle of sending manual messages. After all, you cannot unsend 500 text messages with the wrong closing times. Better it never went out at all.

But after much deliberation and input from the development and product teams at ClickBid, a solution was born. The key to this new feature is mass messaging confirmations. Each scheduled message will now come with a confirmation message that goes to an individual of your choosing before the scheduled send date/time. This crucial step will allow for last-minute changes or cancellations, ensuring that messages remain relevant and timely.
