Enhancements:

1. Reports: Updated Reports
   1. Event Overview: (Formally Auction Overview) New style, Layout and updated information. Here is the How To Article
      
      
   2. Post Event Data:
      • This report gives you robust tools to analyze everything from pre-event ticket sales to post-event transactions, bidder activity, and payment reconciliation.
      • Grand Totals at a Glance
        • Pre-Event Total: Reflects all ticket page sales.
        • Event Total: Includes all event-related transactions.
        • Unpaid Balance: Summarizes outstanding payments across both pre-event and event activity.
          • These elements combine to provide your overall event financial snapshot.
      • Details Included

        • Pre-Event Sales Breakdown: Includes fees, refunded amounts, total earned, and unpaid ticket balances.

        • Event Checkout Summary: Displays totals for silent auction, live auction, donations (including legacy Text-to-Give, based on configured date ranges).

        • Fee Breakdown: Admin fees donated, total checked out, and remaining unpaid balances.

        • Graphical Insights:

          • Payment methods

          • Checkout types

          • Bid summaries (e.g., quantity by type)

          • Bidder engagement: Logged in, checked in, both, or neither

          • Credit card usage, email/phone data presence

      • How To Article and Youtube Video. 
        • Please note that some areas in the video appear blurred—this is intentional, as the demonstration includes live data. There is nothing wrong with your video.
           
   3. Merchant Processing: (this is a link to the current 'Merchant Report'. We will eventually move the Merchant Report fully to the Merchant Processing but wanted to allow people to get used to calling it Merchant processing. 
      
      
   4. Paid & Unpaid Items (formerly 'Checkout') this was a name change only. 
      
      
   5. Item by Amount (formerly Items by Winning $ Amount)

   8. This is a 'How To Article' giving a brief summary of the reports. Beginning with the Merchant Report, followed by reviewing each report available under the Reports tab.
      
      
2. Landing page: 
   1. If auction is not open and bidder registration is set to no, the 'sign in/sign up' is not displaying on the landing page. 
      
   2. If auction is not open and allow bidder registration is set to yes, only 'Sign up' will display
      
      
      
   3. If auction is open and bidder registration is set to yes, 'Sign In / Sign Up' will display. 
      
   4. If auction is open and bidder registration is set to no, 'Sign In' will display.
      
      
      
3. Auction Settings: Bidder Settings – Custom Registration Message

   • A new feature has been added to the Bidder Settings section that allows administrators to define a custom registration message. This message is displayed to users who register via the landing page when the auction is closed but bidder registration is still permitted.

     • Character Limit: 300 characters

     • Display Timing: The message appears after a user completes registration on a closed auction.

     • If no custom message is provided, the system will display the following default message:

     "Thank you for registering. This event is currently closed. For more information, please contact the event organizer.
     
     

4. Manage Donors: The custom form link for the Donate Item Form will display any custom questions that have been added
   under Manage Items > Custom Questions > Donate Item Form.
   
   
5. Butler: Checkout: When adding a credit card the billing postal code if not entered when checking "Complete Checkout' will turn red and display 'Please fill out this field'
   
   

Issues Resolved:

1. Items: Manage Items: Credit and Info items are only 'invisible' status
2. Event Tickets: Sales Summary now correctly displays guest names in the guest information section.
3. Important Links for VV is no longer displaying instructions for TTG. 
4. RSVP ticket: When entering an admin discount we are striping out the special characters to allow the full amount to render without getting a mismatch amount error. 
5. (Legacy) Sponsor Logos: When clicking on the edit pencil for a sponsor logo only 'Alt text' is displaying.
