Enhancements: Virtual Venue

1. Landing Page Builder:
   1. Hero Banner Settings: Added the ability to add a secondary color for Hero Banner 2, Hero Banner 3, and Hero Banner 4.
      • If no color is selected then the software will pick a secondary color option based from the Primary color with a black overlay.
      • This is for Hero 3: Example:
        
        
   2. Added 'Suggested Image Sizes" how to article as a hyperlink for the hero banner images
   3. Added the Appeal Display and Leaderboard to the content blocks.
   4. Content blocks can be left or center aligned. 
      • This excludes the 'Cumulative Total Bar' content block. 
2.  Manage Items:
   1. Peer to Peer donation item will have preset denominations created.
      
3. Landing Page:
   1. Adjusted the item blur effect to reduce its impact on the image, creating a more subtle, faded appearance when the image is not displayed at full size.
      1. Changed the background color to white.
         
   2. Reduced the font size of the event name on a mobile device. 
4. Auction:
   1. Changed the look of the quantity item so the increments are hidden behind 'Select Quantity' Button so the 'Item Details' can be viewable on a mobile device.

5. Manage Bidders:
   • The "Download CSV" feature now includes additional columns for custom questions and corresponding answers from the 'New Bidder Registration' questions.
     • Column header labeled 'Q' represents a custom question, with the corresponding answer listed directly beneath it in the same column. If multiple questions exist, each will appear in its own column, following the same format
   • The "Download CSV" feature now includes additional columns for custom questions and corresponding answers from the donation item.
6. Event Tickets
   1. View Ticket Sales:
      1. Changed the way the page is loading the data
      2. Removed the 'reservation hold' for pending ticket purchases
   2. Ticket Page Settings: Venue Information: Added a field for Venue Name above the address fields.
      
   3. Ticket Sales: Changed the ticket icon
      
7. Organization: Merchant Reports
   1. Users: Permissions: To view the 'Merchant Reports' page they must have 'Organization Admin' Role. 
   2. New tab for "Merchant Reports' has been added on the Organization page.
      
      
      1. Email Data as CSV
         1. For 'All Events/Merchant Reports' listed in the Organization, check the box 'I want all data regardless of date range' before clicking 'submit'
         2. By selecting a specific date range that will list those 'merchant reports' for that range then that can be emailed as a CSV.
            
            
            
      2. Reconciled Transactions
         1. By selecting the 'Date Range' this will display the merchant reports for all events listed within the Organization.
         2. Multiple events may appear under the same date if their payouts were processed on that date.
            
         3. The last 4 digits of the bank account where the funds were deposited will display under the payout date.
            
            
         4. CSV reports are listed under each event payout for viewing/printing.
   3. Organization: Events: Event Drag, Drop, & Table View upgrade
      1. There are now 2 options to view the events.
         1. Card view (original) 
         2. Table view (spreadsheet style)
            
      2. Original is the card view (default)
         
         
      3. New spreadsheet style:
         1. This view is at 100% and the spreadsheet style shows a scroll for more information
         2. Show/Hide allows you to display all columns or hide them.
            
            
      4. Changed the ‘Event Status’ field to “Status (This is for Card view only, The spreadsheet style has sort fields with up down arrows for sorting)

      7. When sorting by card view using your mouse you can click and drag the card sorting order using the 3 lines icon in the top left of the event card.
         
8. Reports: Event Sales upgrades
   1. "Group the data by": added 3 groups
      1. Company
      2. Table Name
      3. Bidder Tag
         • When 'Bidder Tag' is selected a popup displays:
            "If multiple tags are selected, sales could be displayed under more than one tag."
           
         • When 'Bidder Tag' is selected, corresponding verbiage is displayed along with checkboxes beside each tag
           
      4. When grouping by 'Company, Table, or Bidder Tag' there might be records that do not fall in these categories. Those totals are combined on one summary line and labelled:
         1. (no company)
         2. (no table)
         3. (No bidder tag)
   2. Added a column for Consignment Amount 
   3. "Market Value" column with no value will display as N/A 
   4. '% of FMV' column with no value will display as N/A

9. Integrations:
   1. Neon: Export sales added two options to export the amount

10. Organization: Users: When removing a user that is associated with multiple events we added a 'select all' box.
    
    
    

Issues Resolved: 

1.  Quantity items are using the quantity data for the purchase amount.
2. When a credit card is declined during the quantity item checkout at time of purchase the bid is being removed. 
3. Unpaid checkouts is displaying payment type for credit cards on file, last 4 digits
4. Items>Manage items:
   1. When a buy now item has been purchased the item can be set to invisible.
   2.  Items purchased with 'buy now' are able to be batched from closed to invisible status. 
   3.  Quantity items: when the "Limited' is set to no and the default Qty displays 0 (for no limit) items are displaying the correct amount on the ticket page for purchase.
   4. Donation Item:  When a custom question is set to "Active: No," it will not be displayed on the auction item.
5. Bidders: Manage Bidders:
   1.  When merging a bidder without a credit card with a bidder who has a credit card, the credit card information is retained. 
   2. Text Bidders: Text messages sent using the "All bidders with no card on file" filter are only being delivered to bidders who do not have a credit card on file.
   3. Email Bidders:  Emails sent using the filter "All Bidders with No Card on File" are only being delivered to bidders who do not have a credit card on file.   
6. Event tickets:
   1. Modify tickets: When a ticket or sponsorship includes a custom question that was previously answered but the associated purchase has been removed, the custom question may be modified—provided there are no other existing purchases for that ticket.
   2. Ticket Page:
      1. When a quantity item has no purchase limit, the option to buy it on the ticket page functions correctly.
      2. When multiple individuals attempt to purchase the same ticket simultaneously, the transactions are being processed for all parties.
   3. Ticket Confirmation page: When the 'include landing page navigation bar on ticket page' is set to no, the navigation bar will not be displayed on the confirmation page.
   4. Guest Update Page:
      1. is displaying custom questions for Sponsorship questions.
      2. Updates made via the guest update page is updating the information in manage guests and manage bidders.
7. Landing Page Builder: The cumulative total bar 'buffer' is displaying the proper dollar amount when a comma is added. 
8. Landing Page:
   1. Buttons are not overlapping on mobile devices when using different fonts. 
   2.  Donation items that have the 'Show Totals on Bid Site?' set to no the 'Donations Raised' will not display on the landing page or auction.
9. Auction:
   1. Buttons are not overlapping on mobile devices when using different fonts.
   2. Outbid notifications are not being sent to donors who have placed a maximum bid on an item.
   3. The process of checking out on the auction site using a credit card and opting out of administrative fees is functioning correctly.
   4. When creating item details under mange items, using bullet points or numbered lists, the formatting is displaying correctly on the auction item page.
10. (Legacy): Ticket page: When choosing a different payment method the submit button is allowing the payment to be applied.
11. Dashboard: Post-Event: The Bidder Quick View is accurately displaying the total number of winning bidders with credit cards on file.
12. Event Central: The Current Winning Bids report is accurately displaying bidders who have a credit card on file.
13. Bidder Registration: When address required is set to "yes", bidders will need to enter their address when logging in.
