Enhancement: 

Virtual Venue

1. Organization>Event page: Added a black bar for all users, to display if the organization is using the Virtual Venue or Legacy

2. Event>Welcome page: Added a black bar for all users, to display if the organization is using the Virtual Venue or Legacy

3. Software Settings:

   1. Auction Settings>Countdown Clock: Added settings to allow users to add a countdown clock to their auction. 
   2. Landing Page Content (legacy) has changed to Landing Page Builder in Virtual Venue
      1. Settings: with this new feature you are able to design your landing page while view it in real time. (the buttons will not be clickable without launching the landing page) 
         1. Page Settings
         2. Navigation Settings
         3. Hero Banner Settings: This is the main banner area located at the top of your landing page. 
            1. You can choose from 5 different layouts. 
         4. Footer Settings: Information for the bottom of your landing page 
      2. Add Action Bar Link: Add up to 3 action bars
         
         • Adding an Action Bar link allows you to include up to three action items that display as buttons beneath the Hero area.
         • These buttons can guide potential donors to key areas such as ticket purchases, item donations, and more, providing a seamless way to navigate and engage. It's an effective tool to highlight important information and drive direct access to specific actions.
      3. Content blocks are now unlimited. These are the different types to choose from:
         1. Auction Items -  This block shows up to 10 items in your auction and links to the full auction page. The number in parentheses next to the header text is your total number of visible items.
         2. Cumulative Total Bar- This block displays totals for donations and/or winning bids. 
         3. Donate an Item - This block includes a button that displays a form when clicked for donating items to the event. Donated items will need to be approved before they are available for bidding.
         4. Featured Items - This block allows you to choose up to 4 items to display in a grid. The selected items will show the image gallery, item name, and item details (up to 140 characters).
         5. Featured Media- This blocks allows you to display a video (EventStream, YouTube, or Vimeo) or insert an embed code.
         6. Free-form - This block is a content block that you can customize yourself. Just like the A,B,C, or D from legacy
         7. Image/Text Split - This block places text and images side-by-side. A "boxed" type of image will have some space around it. A "full/edge-to-edge" type of image will take the full screen width when vertically stacked or half the screen width when horizontally split, and it allows another image to float on top of it.
         8. Make a Donation - This block allows you to choose donation items for display. If multiple items are chosen, they will display as cards. If a single item is chosen, it will display in a full width view to highlight that donation items' details.
         9. Sponsors - This block allows you to choose the sponsor groups to display. If more than one sponsor group is chosen, the group name will be displayed above the sponsors. If only one sponsor group is chosen, then the gruop name will not be displayed.
         10. Start a P2P Campaign -This block includes a button that displays a form when clicked for people to start their own peer-to-peer campaign. Campaigns will need to be approved before they are available for accepting donations.
      4. Sponsors Logos: Add the ability to add groups, text, urls. 

4. Bidders

   1. Manage Bidders:
      1. Created a Spreadsheet style table view 
      2. Columns that are editable from the grid view are: 
         • First Name
         • Last name
         • Phone
         • Email
         • Number 
         • Table
         • Tags
      3. Custom Questions - New Bidder Registration
         • added the ability to ask unlimited questions during the bidder registration process
      4. Custom Data: a new field added to the bidders information at the bottom of edit bidder's page.
      5. The Question and Responses will be displayed under the custom data field
      6. Added the ability to 'un-check' a bidder in. 
         1. The checked in bidder tag now has a delete icon. 
         2. A popup will display to confirm or cancel delete
         3. All reports that list 'checked in' bidders will update if a 'checked in' tag is removed. 

5. Items

   1. Manage Items:
      1. Added a ‘Pricing Defaults’ button to pop open that displays a percentage of FMV to use for default bid 
         
         1. Starting Bid, Bid Raise, Buy Now
         2. Will use the value for all new items. Default set to 35% for Start and 5% for raise bid
         3. Will not update existing items if changed in the FMV Settings Modal. Will only update new items. 
      2. Created a Spreadsheet style table view. 
      3. Default order for columns:
         1. Default order:
            • Name, Number, Tags, Category, Status, Start, Raise, Type, Category, FMV, Buy Now
            • Taxable (hidden by default), Tax Rate (hidden by default), Consignment (hidden by default), Availability (hidden by default), Table (hidden by default), Solicitor (hidden by default), Solicitor Phone (hidden by default),Notes (hidden by default)
            • ‘hidden by default’ fields will display under the show/hide button for these columns to display the will need to be clicked on
      4. Drop downs for item type, category, taxable, availability, and status 
      5. Tags: Added a ‘has pic’ and ‘no pic’ when item has or does not have pictures
         • the tag will display a number for how many images are loaded
      6. The ‘Winning Text Message’ is now a button that will take you to the ‘auction settings’> Payment area 
      7. Donation Item type: Includes ‘Online Donation/Text-to-Give Settings
         1. Only one item can be set to your Online Donation/Text-To-Give. 
      8. Custom Questions for donation item type 
      9. Peer To Peer 
         1. tag when a peer to peer campaign is created will display under tags as p2p
      10. QR Code has been added for each item listed under the tags column. 

6. Landing Page: 

   1. Can click on items to place bids from landing page. When clicking to place a bid is when you will need to log in. 
   2. Logging in area is now: Sign in/Sign up
   3. Checked in Bidder changes
      1. If the organization has Allow Mobile Check-in set under Auction Settings>Bidder Settings this field will be a required answer when signing in to the auction site for the first time. 
      2. If the organization turns the ‘Allow Mobile Check- in' on after donors have logged in they will be required to answer this question if they leave the auction site and go to the home page (landing page). 
   4. When signing in after receiving and entering the login code if the organization has Allow Mobile Check-In set "How are you attending the event? two options will be for 'in-person' or 'online/remote only.
      
      

7. Auction Site: 

   1. Changed the Sold, Closed, Lost, You Gave, Winning, Losing, Purchased, deal, and hot tags from starbursts to rectangles. 
   2. EventStream/Live Broadcast: 
      1. When a live broadcast has started a ‘live’ button will display at the top of the screen next to the Event Name
         • This displays on the landing page (event home page) and the auction site.
      2. Navigation bar will display ‘Live broadcast in progress’
      3. Navigation bar will display ‘Join Live Event’
      4. While the live broadcast is taking place if there is no live item or donation item active in the eventstream the sponsor logos will rotate to the right of the live broadcast. 
      5. On the bidding site the live broadcast will display as a PIP (Picture in Picture) when scrolling past the video

8. Event Tickets:

   1. View Ticket Sales
      1. Style changed to 'spreadsheet style'
      2. Donation column
         1. Updated the info bubble to say: Donations made can be found under Manage Items > Donation Items; to refund a donation item, navigate to Event Central > Event Payments > Paid Checkouts.
      3. Added a column for ‘Quantity Items’
         1. Added an info bubble with verbiage: Quantity purchases are listed under Manage Items > Quantity Items; to refund a quantity item, go to Event Central > Event Payments > Paid Checkouts
      4. Show/Hide added ‘Quantity Items’
      5. Download Ticket Sales report
         1. Virtual Venue: The 'Donations' column has been removed, as donations are considered auction items and will now display under the 'Auction Items' section in the Event Sales Report.
         2. Added verbiage to the bottom of the report: Donations and quantity items sold through ticket purchases can be found in Reports > Event Sales>Auction
      6. Any purchase created through the ticket page will turn the purchaser into a bidder regardless if they choose to keep their card on file. 
      7. Download Guests report will display the custom questions and answers that pertain to guests.
   2. Manage Guests
      1. Added fields for Guest Questions and answers from Modify tickets custom questions pertaining to Guests.
         • Custom Guest Questions and Answers for Individual Tickets & Sponsorship level
      2. The download Manage Guests report will display the questions and answers for Custom Guest Questions and Answers for Individual Tickets & Sponsorship level
      3. Show/Hide the tickets and sponsorship level guest questions will be listed.  
   3. Sales Summary
      1. Donation Sales are a line item without the admin fees
      2. Quantity Item Sales - These are sales for the item on the ticket page only. If the sale was placed via the butler or auction site, those sales will not display under Ticket Information> Sales Summary
   4. Ticket Page Settings
      1. General Settings:
         1. Removed ‘Seating’ bar from the order section area
         2. Added ‘Quantity Items’ to the order section. Quantity Items can be sold on the ticket page but must be set up under Manage Items first.  
      2. Venue Information: This section was added to allow venue information including the ability to display a map to the venue.
      3. Removed Footer contact

9. Butler>Bidders:

   1. Added the ability to 'un-check' a bidder in

Legacy Platform
Issues Resolved: (ClickBid 12.3.250212 release)

1. Customizable Mass Messaging Texts: If a org uses these short links "bit.ly", "shorturl.at", BL.INK, Ow.ly, Snip.ly, & Cutt.ly and "tinyurl.com" in any customizable text the link will get masked like we do with S.H.A.F.T words.
   • We can no longer allow link shortening sites in our messages. The wireless carriers have decided that messages that contain these links look like spam, and they start blocking all of our messaging when they see them used. This just started in October of ’24 and we had no warning from the carriers, so we weren’t able to warn our clients about the change. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to keep your messages arriving as expected.
2. Event Tickets:
   1. Sales Summary: When a $0 underwriting is purchased the 'Sales Made' will display in the 'Underwriting Sale Details' and the Sales Summary box
   2. Manage Guests:
      1. When a ticket purchase is in the payment process we are not displaying the guest records until the payment is completed. 
      2. The sort order for 'Table' is sorting based on the up/down arrows in the correct order based on Alpha and Numerical table names.
   3. Ticket purchase page: The postal code validation is no longer failing due to mismatched postal codes.
   4. View Ticket Sales: When a partial admin fee is refunded, the remaining balance can now be refunded without resulting in a negative number.
3.  Items:
   1. Manage Items:
      1. When batch updating items numbers all items will update with corresponding numbers as long as the item does not have bids.
      2. Table grid view: When updating the item status the update button is allowing the update to take place. 
         Event Payments page is responding and no longer giving a 504 Timeout error.
      3. Silent items starting bid or raised bids can not be changed after bids have been placed. 
      4. Download CSV (located under the + add item) is removing special character html code when downloading. 
   2. Manage Donors: Item Donation Form Link: This link will now properly work when entered into an Instagram Profile.
4. Integrations:
   1. Bloomerang:
      1. Import Bidders: Fixed the pagination when displaying the constituents more than 50 will populate.
      2. Export Sales:
         1. When merging a constituent in Bloomerang the integration with ClickBid is removing the contact id to allow the correct one to be set without having to go into Export/Update Bidders and removing the id from there.
         2. When exporting multiple sales at once, an hourglass icon will appear, and the checkbox will be hidden to prevent duplicate sales from being processed
   2. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT:
      1. When selecting the dropdown for 'Campaign' if they have a set end date that is in the future the campaigns are being displayed.
      2. Export Sales: When exporting multiple sales at once, an hourglass icon will appear, and the checkbox will be hidden to prevent duplicate sales from being processed.
   3. Neon>Export Sales:  When exporting multiple sales at once, an hourglass icon will appear, and the checkbox will be hidden to prevent duplicate sales from being processed.
5. Reports:
   1. Event Sales: will only display ticket sales that are purchased
   2. Auction Overview: Ticket totals are displaying correctly and is reflecting the total less discounts
6. Welcome page>Event Totals: Ticket totals are displaying correctly and is reflecting the total less discounts
7. Organization>Event Card>Event Total is displaying correctly and is reflecting the total less ticket sale discounts.
8. Auction Settings>FMV Settings: If "Show fair market value on bidder receipts?" is set to "No" the verbiage for FMV does not show on the bidder receipts.
9. Event Payments>Unpaid checkouts: when checking a bidder out from unpaid checkouts then switching to a different and checking out through unpaid checkouts the butler will show the correct event. 
10. Donations/Text To give>Donation page: The postal code validation is no longer failing due to mismatched postal codes.
11. Manage Bidders: The sort order for 'Table' is sorting based on the up/down arrows in the correct order based on Alpha and Numerical table names.
12. Buter:
