Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT:
Logo and integration card has been updated and verbiage has been updated to 'Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.'
Raiser’s Edge:

New custom mappings for 'Neon Field Type' Account
The choices from ClickBid Field list are: Bidder Number, Table Number, Bidder donated at the event?, Bidder is a ticket holder?, Bidder was a purchaser at the event?
Export/Update Bidders: When exporting/updating an account record, the custom mapping will be created in the account record in Neon.
Export Sales: When creating a new account during the export of a sale, the custom mapping will be created in the account record in Neon.
New custom mappings for 'Neon Field Type' Donation
The choices from ClickBid Field list are: Item Category, Item FMV, Item Name, Item Number.

Buy Swipers:
Receipts for swipers are now being saved in the same area as where swipers are purchased and they can be printed or emailed from here.
Capture Admin Fees:
Under the "Capture Admin Fees" verbiage was added that states "Please consult with your state regulations regarding recovering fees from different payment types."
API > External ID: The ability to store an External ID in a bidder record has been added. This will include showing the External ID on the Bidders > Manage Bidders CSV, the Bidder Template will have a column for External ID, and the External ID can be found on Reports > Event Sales Report.
Manage Bidders > Text/Email Bidders: When attempting to delete a precomposed text or email, there will now be a pop up warning to confirm.
Bidapp > Login: The Australian phone number was added to the area of 'Didn't receive your text message?' when it is an Australian account.
Bidapp & Butler: We removed the international toggle for phone numbers and added a country code dropdown.

THC, THCA, THCV, THC-O, THC9, THC10, THC8, "Delta 9" (Delta-9, delta-9, delta nine), "Delta 10" (Delta-10, delta-10, delta ten), "Delta 8" (Delta-8, delta-8, delta eight) were added to the S.H.A.F.T. list of words that cannot be used in item names.
This page will now load a large number of items successfully.
Login Page: 'If you have already created a user account, your keyword login has been disabled. Please enter your email address instead to log in. If you previously logged in via keyword, enter that here and we will create a new user for you after login' verbiage has been removed.

When entering an amount into the 'Purchase to Refund' box, the 'Refund Whole Line Item' box will automatically check when entering a refund of the total amount.
Bidapp:
When logged into bidapp and looking at an item's bid history, the correct time zone will show.
Older model Apple Devices will now allow bidding when items/auction are open.
For events 2+ years old, when no payment method is selected in Software Settings > Auction Settings > Payment ('Choose a method' is selected instead of BidKit Payments), the bidapp will load normally.
When a new bidder logs in for the first time, they will receive the login code appropriately without having to opt to send a new code.
The login code will now send automatically to Australian numbers (if they have not opted out of text messages from us).

Admin fees will be taken before payouts and will show in the Merchant Report > Total Fees line.
Unreconciled transactions:
Unreconciled transactions will properly move to reconciled transactions when not a US account.
Integrations:
Dashboard > TravelPledge Card:
The Travelpledge card in the Integrations Dashboard will now show the API Key if they already have a TP account. After hitting connect, the message will highlight that key and the information necessary to set up Travelpledge in the admin if they already have a TP account.
Bloomerang:
When exporting sales, it will no longer duplicate constituents.
Neon:
Export Sales:
When exporting sales to Neon, the constituents will not duplicate when exporting and the source, fund, and purpose will also export if chosen.
When exporting a sale of a merged Neon account, there will no longer be an error.
TravelPledge > Auction Items:
Email will now display under the table column 'email' if there is one listed under manage bidders.
Recurring donations: The organization name will again be included in the recurring donations processed email.

When merging bidders, the system will recognize the same last name and only populate it once on the merged profile.
The manage bidders page will now load when bidders have been added via the manage bidders template and the phone number column is empty or has a single number present.
This page will now load a large number of bidders successfully.
Text Bidders:
Texts will send out when a phone number is missing.
Mass Import Bidders:
The template will now upload phone numbers properly and the bidders will receive the one time login code appropriately with the addition of an optional 'country code' column on the spreadsheet.If there is no + included in the phone number and no 'country code' column added, then we will assume it will be the same country code as the organization, no matter the country.
