ClickBid’s new features include peer-to-peer fundraising, redesigned ticket and auction pages, a new landing page builder, increased sponsor recognition, custom questions, and more!

Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Donors can create their own customizable pages, with viewable donation tracking and a dedicated web address for social sharing. Great for hosting competitions, team events, walk-a-thons, challenges, ambassadors, tribute or memorial campaigns! Plus, any donation page can be embedded onto any website of your choice for greater visibility! Donation campaigns must be approved by the organization before accepting donations, this helps keep your page safe and secure.

Landing Page Builder

Make changes to your event landing page as if you’re right on it, plus leverage unlimited content areas and new hero banner options. More customizable content means more options for branding, sponsor recognition, event, and venue information, and options to allow for creating peer-to-peer campaigns. This new builder is easier to use and allows for more customization throughout your event page. 

Ticket Page Redesign 

We’ve revamped our ticket page to include a fresh new design, enhanced functionality, and a simplified format to make event registration smooth. Ask ticket purchasers and their guests unlimited custom questions to get the information you need, sell quantity-based items or items, and link to the items within your silent auction. Plus, allow ticket purchasers to automatically become bidders within your silent auction. You’ll love the fresh new look and functionality that comes with the ticket page. 

Enhanced Donor Experience 

By improving the legacy auction preview, the new event landing page allows donors to participate right on the page itself, this streamlines the process of bidding, purchasing, or donating. Ticket, auction, and donation pages are linked together within the navigation bar for easy accessibility. Supporters can view featured items and tag their favorites for easy filtering. 

Sponsor Recognition 

Organize sponsors into groups like Gold, Platinum, and Bronze for enhanced recognition and visibility. You can also link back to their websites to provide even more exposure to your sponsors!

Custom Questions 

We're increasing the ability for custom questions within bidder registration, donation campaign submission, item donation form, ticket types, and ticket guest levels, providing more flexible and personalized data collection. Great for asking specific event questions specifically to sponsors versus ticket purchasers or asking any supporter how they heard about your nonprofit upon donating. The possibilities are endless with custom questions! 

Auction Site Countdown Clock

Add a countdown clock to your event page and auction site to keep supporters informed about when your auction or event ends. You'll also be able to customize the closing message to create a seamless event wrap-up.

QR Codes 

Each auction item and donation campaign includes a unique QR code, making it crazy simple for supporters to access, bid, or donate, instantly. Ideal for silent auction item table displays or team competition donation campaigns.

Silent Auction Start and Raise Price Defaults

When uploading new silent auction items, you can set a default starting bid percentage and bid increment, allowing the software to calculate it for you. This saves you time by auto-applying fair market value-based calculations, while still giving you the flexibility to adjust as needed. A simple and efficient way to help with item entry!
