Enhancements:

  1. Integrations > Dashboard > Salesforce:
    • Data Mappings (Find the Best Practice here: https://support.clickbidonline.com/salesforce)
      • New custom mappings for 'Salesforce Field Type' Contact.
        1. The choices from ClickBid Field list are: Bidder Number, Table Number, Bidder donated at the event?, Bidder is a ticket holder?, Bidder was a purchaser at the event?
        2. Export/Update Bidders: When exporting/updating an account record, the custom mapping will be created in the account record in Salesforce.
        3. Export Sales: When creating a new account during the export of a sale, the custom mapping will be created in the account record in Salesforce.

    • New custom mappings for 'Salesforce Field Type Opportunity.
      • The choices from ClickBid Field list are: Item Category, Item FMV, Item Name, Item Number.

  2. Items > Manage Items > Donation Item > Projected Display Settings:  Updates were made to the "Competitive Totals by Bidder Tag" theme which include showing available custom tags, an option to choose what tags to display, and an option to change the name of the tag to offer a more readable display.

  3. Software Settings > Auction Settings > Payment:
    • "To order laptop card swipers or view swiper receipts" font has been bolded
    • When you click the link to purchase, a note has been added stating: "If your event is within 7 days please do not purchase instead contact your Account Manager by going to Training Support/Request Support."

Issues Resolved:

  1. Items > Manage Donors: Selected donor(s) will delete from each page directly.
  2. Software Settings > Auction Settings > Payment > Merchant Account:  The postal code will now update here properly and merchant account set up can be completed. 
  3. Reports > Event Sales Report:  If an item is sold more than once, this report will show the correct name and purchase information of each individual purchase. 
  4. Reports > Auction Overview and Post Event Report:  Fair Market Value for Quantity Items will no longer display on these reports.
  5. Event Central > Event Payments > Unpaid Checkouts:  When batch processing payments, the continue button will only be clickable one time.
