Outbid text messages and email messages were updated to start using our “bidly” style links. The text message was also updated to remove “$” from being used in a message, as this seemed to be causing issues for some iphone users.
Issues addressed
It was found that, for events with large numbers of items, the fast bid button would take longer and longer to respond as the number of items in the auction increased. This was only when the page was loaded from an outbid link.
When registering to bid on the bidding site, if address required and credit card were both set to no and the event was using ClickBid processing, the email and phone from the form were not being stored on the bidder record.
