2. Link Payments is now an on/off feature.
   • Located under: Software Settings>Auction Settings>Payment
   • This is off by default for new events only.
   • For any current or past event, Link can be turned off by going to Software Settings > Auction Settings > Payment and disabling the Link option if they prefer not to allow donors to use it.
