Issues addressed:
1. The Mass Messaging filter for Winning Bidders/Purchasers/Donors has been changed to Purchasers/Donors/Winning Bidders (same groups, different order to put more emphasis on the fact that all of these groups are included in the filter).
2. This same filter will now only send a message to the winning bidder for an EventStream live auction item instead of including all bidders who bid on but didn’t win an EventStream live auction item.
