Enhancements:
1. The merchant request email now includes the last 4 of the ACH account number
and the sales code for the account.
2. The note regarding wifi and onsite on Account Status has been removed.
Issues addressed:
1. Various errors, warnings and notices from our server logs have been
addressed.
